6, 2016-02-12 12, 2016Hi Marietta Dickison,
On Windows 10, you’ll need to use IE and not the Edge browser.
Thanks,
Lori

4, 2016-02-03 03, 2016I am having difficulty trying to send a fill and sign document to one of my e-mail contacts. Need some detailed help on how to do this.(e.g. what do I save the file as). When I have the contact up on the screen and click the paper click, my file comes up, but it doesn’t attach it to the contact so I can send it. What am I doing wrong or what am I missing. I am using Windows 10

2, 2016-01-29 29, 2016Hi Steve,
This feature was retired in Acrobat DC. Now, instead, you can snap a camera image with your smartphone or iPad in the mobile Acrobat Reader DC app and use that.
Thanks,
Lori

8, 2015-11-04 04, 2015Hi mike,
There are definitely limitations when filling out a form using the native Google PDF viewer. Which is why we recommend filling it out in Adobe Reader.
Thanks,
Lori

12, 2015-10-30 30, 2015here is some user information for printing out fillable documents, when using the DC reader by Adobe, which in my opinion is seriously lacking in many areas, the user interface is convoluted and misleading.
To print a fillable text document so the text is also in the print out..copy the file and save. then reopen it using google chrome, then follow the print prompts,,, geeez.. this was very frustrating and NO good information was available.

4, 2015-09-14 14, 2015Hi Nick,
Make sure you’re filling out the form in Reader DC and not in Mac Preview. Also, make sure you’re not filling out the form in a native PDF browser plug-in.
Thanks,
Lori
